To be honest Ruth, I've never heard of one... There are of course other ways and means however...

 

It does seem that in an ideal world this would be the case. The loss some people have had has truly affected their standard of living and in some cases been extremely detrimental to their health.

 

Can I ask, who did you purchase with and who issed (for want of a better word) the BG??

Johnmfranci5 - did you take a civil case to court as well?

And if you don't mind, how much did you get stung for?

 

One thing I always remember is what my friend says: There's only one way to leave Spain with a small fortune, and that's to  arrive with a large one!

 

It's such a nightmare for people... But not everything is lost. Never give up or they will have truly won.

I have the priviledge of being on the google maps streetview too.

It's quite funny. I remembered as I got snapped on my birthday a couple of years ago, whilst on the phone to my mum!

When it went live and I'd seen what the car was all about in the news and I had to check it out. I do really wish I'd been dressed much smarter!

 It's frightening how quickly these situations swing around on you. One minute everything's fine and the next. nothing...

I've been speaking to Rambi and it's quite shocking the speed at which these problems appear for some people.

As for the courts situation, I can't see UK Courts starting to deal with International or even just dealing with European property/contract/etc/etc complaints. Would be nice though.

I can't believe the situation with you alimo... I hope no one's offended by this, but it certainly seems like your Spanish Lawyer didn't inform you very well at all... Also it is worth bearing in mind that Judges dont really go on precedents, so even if there has been another case the judge may choose to ignore it.

I might be able to help if you're still stuck going around in circles. You're more than welcome PM if you want.

Would be nice to see you get to the bottom of this!
