We finally got our legal expenses & intrest released from the court last year after waiting nearly 4 years.

Nice little bonus as I'd written off for good.

huma paid 30k euros into court over 4 years ago at which point we got back what they call the principal amount which is the actual money owed, 23k plus euros out of which we had to pay our legal expenses. Apparently it is then up to judge to assess and award legal expenses, it is this which has taken 4 years, so the money has been held by the court not the administrators.

So four years after Huma paid the money into court we now have the last bit back (in our bank account this morning)and comparing the exchange rate when we made stage payments to Huma and now, we have actually made a bit.

Flew from back from Murcia with Ryanair last night, electronic cigs are banned , unless of course you buy them on board. Not anti Ryanair use them at least 5 times a year, but does seem strange you can't smoke your own e-cig but can smoke the ones they will sell you.
