28 January 2010:We are buying a second hand car from our friends and would like to do all the paperwork and transfer of ownership ourselves along with our friends. I know we will have to go to Alicante to trafico. Has anyone else done this and is it a difficult process.

Saturday, February 21, 2009:Can anyone tell me if we need to have steps at the deeper end of our pool on our urbanisation. We have steps to enter the pool at the shallow end but we have been told legally we need steps at the deeper end.

Monday, December 15, 2008:A friend of mine is hoping to buy a car here in Spain. They are Non residents but own a property here. It has been said you cannot buy a car without a padron, but you can´t get on the padron if your a non resident. I´m sure there must be a way of buying a car. The car they want to buy will be a private sale from a resident neighbour of theirs. Is there anyone who can idvise me on this one please.
