I would like opinions on this one please.

A frind of mine went with me to departures  to see the family off.

As we went through the revolving doors it came flying round and knocked her  to the ground.

She was dazed laid on the floor were no one could have given a hoot!!!.

So after some running around and a very nice helpfull young woman  who took care of my friend, thankyou! 15 mins later the first aiders arrived 3 of them. she was wisked away to the medical room.

They were very helpful and relieved my friend of  pain in her arm, they wanted to take her by ambulance to Elche hospital, but we decided it was better for us to go to Torrevieja so we made our own way.

It was classed as an urgent so we were only in 4 hours.

It turned out that my friend had a fractured arm and ended up in a cask for 6 weeks. Which proved to be very difficult as she is a widow and lived on her own.

The point im getting to is she has seen a soliciter and she may sue the airport. and i dont blame her.

This is spain as we know...... in the uk it would have been easy... i'm a little bit concerned she may end up wasting her money that she will have to pay to see a trauma docter.

Regards

Jeanie.

I wonder if anyone knows of a way to translate medical reports that you recieve when leaving hospital in spain.

I have tried scanning to translate but it wont do it.

I would realy like to see what is written.

I am trying to avoid an interpriter for the moment.

Thanks

Jeanie.
