our hearing was regarding an off plan development which the developer did not obtain a FLO.  We decided to hire the services of a lawyer to try and recover our deposit.  We cancelled our contract and the lawyer started proceedings.  It has been 3 year since the proceedings started.

our hearing was in murcia and the next hearing is in murcia. It has taken 3 year to get to this stage.

Hi Kev

I booked a flight with ryanair for a friend and forgot to put his middle name on the booking.  Nothing was said to him at the airports. It was ok.  It is only a letter that you have missed out, I would'nt worry about it.
