Come on Pitby you have been here long enough to know that its cold in the mornings now!! As low as 17C!! And that they heat the swimming pools here! My Pakistani and Indian guys are wearing balaclavas and coats now!! Better to be in Spain no extremes there!!

Friday, July 27, 2007:

The developers Taprisa 97 are saying they are bankrupt before completing the development known as Royal Gardens 1 in Almoradi.

It appears that in fact they have set up a new development company under a new name whilst declaring the original company bankrupt.

If any one has any information on this or the new company or any new development please let me know in order that other purchasers can be warned.

Have just heard that if they build Disney in Spain then there is going to be a bigger and better one in Dubai. In fact they are planning to move the whole world here next year and put it in the desert!!!!
