I'm sure we all agree that a community of owners needs to be in place, then maybe some authority could be exerted to get things done on the site, ie getting rid of the fences, realistic pool opening dates, completion of facilities etc.

There is a right and wrong way of setting this up, this is not the right way. It is being forced on us at short notice. Apart from the unrealistic rules, the document is not about what is said but more what is not said, ie

How many need to be present to form a quorum.

Can the developer use the votes of unsold properties.

Insufficient detail re. cost breakdown.

Insufficient detail re management costs.

Is there a relationship between  Pentagono Multiservicios and Piensa.

Whilst this company may be good at what they do, there must be efficient management companies less than 200 Km away.

Whilst we agree with others that propose to vote no to the proposals , it is not clear how to do this unless a proxy is given to someone who will attend the meeting. Is there anyone going to the meeting who would be prepared to carry proxies for those who cannot be present ?

Just got back from a very pleasant visit to CDP last week.

The Phase 3 pool was available all the time we were there and was well used. The filtration system did appear to be working.

Although there was a notice on the entrance to Phase 1 saying that pool was not safe to use, there was no warning on Phase 3.

The water may have been cold, but when temperatures are in the upper 80s as they were last week, its an essential facility.

We completed on Phase 3 two weeks ago (No 64) and would certainly recommend the company we used for supplying and fitting the air conditioning  - MD Air-conditioning, speak to Martin on 0034 607 36 60 40.

Good to have met you in San Juan.

The move went pretty smoothly, we even managed to plant your geraniums, if they're still alive you can have them back when you complete.

All the times we've visited San Juan, this was the 1st time we've seen rain, it was suprising to see standing water in the fields, maybe accounts for all the mossies.

Hope completion on your house goes well and you can move in soon.

Hi Sue & George
Just received a copy of the Habitation Licence, we are completing on 20 October so will be out at that time, managed to arrange a flight back on the 28th into Leeds that was advertised at 5 euros just need to arrange a flight out now.

Have you noticed that the house numbers have changed, we were no 69 on the site plan, now 64.
