Newworld, you forgot to mention that you do not pay for maintenance of the golf course through your community fee. You are correct, Mar Menor Golf does not turn into a ghost town during the winter and none of the local bars and restaurants close for the winter.

Properties inside Mar Menor Golf Resort are more expensive than similar proerties on the boulevard. Please take note the boulevard is seperate and independant of Mar Menor Golf Resort. You do not have access to any of the 14 pools that are by the apartments. Every one that has bought there have said they are good value for the money. ( I live in Mar Menor Golf Resort so can not personally comment)) The commercial units are slowly filling up. The apartments were originally designed and built for young Spanish families.

If the developer is not up to date with his community fees he is not alowed to vote. This is written in the horizontal properties legislation.

La Golleta or the boulevarde as it is now known is not part of the the Mar Menor Golf community.
