I am looking for information on hotels which do murder mystery weekends and / or restaurants which offer murder mystery meals anywhere on the Costa del Sol.

Good afternoon,

I am new to the forum, but I have lived in Spain for 8 years, 3 of which as a property owner. I bought off plan in 2002 (a two bedroom two bathroom apartment (130sqm) in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel - Costa del Sol) and in 2006 I moved in.

I have now received my first IBI bills and per year I am paying more than 400 euros. Is this normal? Can someone inform me how these rates are being calculated?
