Unfortunately in Malaga area most apps are being turned away at the present time

Hi,

i understand that the Spanish Government are changing the rules for NIE and Residencia shortly so you will find that most places will not issue one at the moment.  Contacy your nearest Consulate and ask for help, you could also look at their website
