Hi, I am looking for a long term furnished rental in San Miguel, preferably in the Las Comunicaciones / Torrestrella area. We require a min of 3 beds and prefer a pool and would ideally like to find a house that we can settle into as a family home for a few years as our children are at the local school.

We would be willing to move in from July but can also wait a little longer... September time if needed.

If you have something or know of anyone that does, then please do let me know.

I am not sure if I am posting in the correct area but if I am in the wrong area please could you direct me accordingly, thank you :)

I am currently looking after a Jack Russell who is 10 years old. This was originally a temporary agreement but the owners can no longer take him back to the UK after a change in housing situation. I can only look after him until the end of June and after that time he has nowhere to go. He is a lovely dog, loves playing with his ball, but is not good with younger children so its a must that he is rehomed with an older family. He is great with our 9 year old but our 3 year old is too much for him. From what I have seen he is not good with cats. He would make an ideal companion for an older person.

If you or anyone you know is looking for a loving dog then please do get in touch. You can personal message me or phone on 672999364.

We are based in San Miguel de Salinas, (South Alicante) but would be willing to travel to take him to a loving new home.

Many thanks

Amy

Hi there,

Just wanted to let you know about a new babies and tots group that my friend and I are setting up in the Villa Martin area. We have decided to do this solely for the purpose of meeting new parents and for the children to play and make new friends, so the group is free of charge. We are actually starting it this Monday, 1st March at the Royal Oak which is a Bar/Resturant. They have an outdoor play area and are going to clear some area inside for us to sit and the kids to play. The Royal Oak is based on the main road from Campoamor (La Fuente Commercial Centre) to El Galan/Blue Lagoon, 200m past the Mercadona on the right hand side.

As we are have set this up as a non business adventure we do not have many toys / books etc, so it would be good if you were able to bring along some to share and/or donate if possible :)

The group will be held every Monday morning between 10-12.

If you have any queries then please give myself a call, Amy on 695911638 or Claire on 687161553.

Hope to see you there :)

Amy
