Your light bulbs are the cheapest I have seen in Spain.

But you can still get them 10 for £1 in UK all over the place. I shipped about 200 over just to be safe.

I had to buy a tyre from Feu Vert for a journey back to UK the other week.

I bought the cheapest they had, probably a cheap Chinese make, still cost Euros 110 including fitting, I could have got a top of the range back here in UK for the same money.

These are parking meters, about 1 euro per hour.

When I worked in Gib, there used to be a couple of 'Bomb Sites' or rough ground that were set up as Carparks which charged only 2 Euros per day. One was opposite the Bus station a 2 minute walk to the border, not sure if they are still there.

I did not manage to get to Algeciras whilst I was over, but my wife is still in Spain and she told me that she heard on the Radio that Primark opens 01st September ( next Tues).

Do not hold me to this information, just passing on what I have heard.

Just read it is 10th September, so we will just have to wait and see.................

Yes, I checked that website and also sent an email direct to Primark ( no reply yet ).

I don't know why they are not advertising the fact here will be a store there, those links below surely confirm they will be opening.  I'll take a drive up there whilst I am over and see what progress has been made. Will report back.
