We worked through Atlas to buy property and their service after paying our deposits were extremely poor.Arroca Sequeir solictors were following up on our problems with the property and we have not heard anything for last 4 months from them.

Does anyone know if they are still in buisness as we are unable to get any replies to phones or e-mails

I also have had same issues with delays on finish and have started legal proceedings against builder.Solicitor wanted 5,000 euro up front.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Best of luck to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have used SolMar several times with no issue.Always got a refund on petrol in tank on return after paying for full on collection.Worth calling or writing to them,nothing to lose
