Hi all,

 

Haven't posted for a long while but read every day - great site!

Can anyone please tell me if this is a particularly bad year for hay fever. My partner has really been suffering, so therefore we both have as a result of not sleeping well! It's like he has a constant cold and bad chest, and none of the anti histamine treatments seem to do any good.

Anyone heard or know anything please?
