We had the same problem when we arrived late on 21 April.
We checked as posted below and everything was the same as the other 3 apartmentson the same loop but they had water and we did not.
The next morning we reported to Polaris. The foreman came out. I showed him that all connections were on in and out of the apartment. He disappeared out the front for a moment and water flowed. I know they had been working at our apartment and suspect that Polaris turned the water off at a stopcock in front of our apartment.
I was surprised it had not been noticed on the weekly check.
