Hi --we live on a Communuity near Vera ---I am fed up as for the whole of last week we had to watch either BBCNews 24or Disney Channel-----we looked for a cable to connect to the community satallite dish but could not find one anywhere--ferratias ect.It appears to be a square connection.??

What would a top box give us at about 30e , is it worth it or is it all in Spanish??

Hi just to share an experience----just got clobbered for being too trusting.

An e mail appeared in my in box to purchase insurance for tyres windscreen ect at 10:50e from Economy car hire.com--good idea takes away some of the bill when collecting the car-----oh how wrong can one be---

 Collecting the car from Centauro in Murcia -------they will not recognise this---so exact a futher 28e for exactly the same reason ---if you do not take this insurance from them  then 300e deposit  will do nicely!!!!

So why did I spend the 10.50e???--the answer from Economy car hire is that ----it was OPTIONAL--another prifit making gimmick , but not obvious until caught out.

Perhaps that is why Goldcar's queue had about 200 people in it and Centauro had 4!!

Hope this helps others in this day and age where pennies need to be looked after.

 Dear Lilith--Thank you for this --no it is not too late.

It does seem to be a maze.The main trouble we have is trying to understand the entry requirements for Vet med---here the grades are quite clear but no one we have spoken to Embassy or University of Murcia can answer this.

At present we are waiting for her A level certificates to arrive then we have to send them to Madrid to be verified--but that is a lot of money if not successful or are not the required grades. 

The other point seems to be you do not get a loan if you go abroad??

Any info will be gratefully received --thank you
