Buenos dias 

We're in real summer mode at the moment...the heat is making it very difficult for us to work, hence no newsletter last week!   Sorry.  Anyway, we're back now.

Just wanted to start by saying that we were going to launch our 3 year anniversary competition last week but as we realised that so many of our members are currently on holiday we felt it wouldn't be fair.  Therefore we won't be holding the competition until September when everyone will be back.  It is worth waiting for, promise.

Anyway, you'll probably think that the heat is making me go crazy at the moment but I've written an article this week about how I feel that now is a good time for people to start selling property in Spain.  Yes, now is a good time to open a real estate business in Spain.

Susan this week looks at the benefits of NOT learning Spanish (should make many people quite happy this one).

It's A Good Time To Start Selling Property in Spain
I haven't totally lost it (I think) but I truly believe that now is a good time for people to become estate agents in Spain.  The market needs new fresh input.
