Eye on Spain Newsletter 20 November 2007

Buenos dias

This week I just wanted to start with a reminder to those who have properties listed for sale or rental on the website.

We are currently generating over 100 enquiries per week for the properties for sale and over 250 per week for the rental properties yet we have many enquirers complaining to us that many people never get back to them.  Either, the enquiries aren't getting through or people just don't respond...which amazes me!

So, please test the enquiry form, submit it to yourself and make sure it doesn't go into your spam folder.  Remember that we screen all enquiries (to remove bulk spammers) so it can take up to 12 hours for an enquiry to reach you.  If you have any problems with the system then please let us know, but out of courtesy you should reply to EVERY enquiry you receive, whether positive or negative.

Now let's move on with today's articles:

Please note that if you cannot click the links then please visit the online version of the newsletter at http://www.eyeonspain.com/newsletter/20112007.aspx
