Buenos dias
Just when you thought things were getting back to normal we're at it again.
Our newsletter today is not the usual format. Let me explain.
I sat down the other day and made a to-do list of all the outstanding tasks we need
to complete with Eye on Spain. It ended up literally five pages long!
Ouch.
So I then spent the next hour staring at these five pages wondering where to start.
What's most important? What can wait? Which of these tasks do people
really want to see on the site?
With over 25,000 registered members and over 10,000 people visiting the site every
day it's not easy deciding on what to do next to keep everyone happy. So then
I thought, "do I really understand our members and visitors? Who are they
and what do THEY want?"
Yep, you guessed it, it's survey time!
Stop, don't delete the email yet. We've put together a really
short survey which won't take you more than two minutes to fill in but will really
help us to understand YOU and want you want out of the site.
AND, as our appreciation for your time we're entering the names of all those that
fill it in into the EOS computer and one lucky person will win an 8GB iPod Nano
(if you don't know what that is then ask your kids!!). We'll announce
the results of the survey and the winner next week. By the way, your details
will NEVER be published or sold to anyone. We will only publish a summary
of the results. We ALWAYS respect your privacy.
So, PLEASE fill in the survey for us, it will really help us a lot...

Now, when you've finished that you can relax by watching the next brilliant video
from the guys at Sol Channel. They're kicking off a new series on understanding
the Spanish ways...

Hope you enjoy the video and thanks for filling in the survey.
