Buenos dias I'm afraid that this week we're not back to the standard newsletter format yet. I've spent all day putting together a video for you which was to accompany this newsletter but it took a little (actually a lot) longer to put together than I expected, so you'll just be getting the video....but I think it's worth watching! I recorded the video myself and it's about the terribly exciting subject of currency exchange (yawn, yawn). But, that's not to say that it's not an important one. In fact, it's probably one of the most overlooked parts of buying in Spain and yet hugely influences the price you pay when buying from abroad. Particularly with the rather worrying current trend of the Euro vs the Pound! In the video I show you how a 200,000 Euro property could cost you nearly 20,000 pounds more depending on when you buy your Euros, and that's just over a matter of months.
