I have some really important news to tell you about today so please read this newsletter in its entirety: First the bad news After three years of putting together our weekly newsletter, as of today it's going to go out monthly. It's like the end of an era for us and it was actually a tough decision to make. I know many of you really appreciate the weekly emails but due to the current economic environment we're adapting and changing to meet new demands from our visitors and advertisers. There is no denying that times are hard and there are less and less advertisers every day as more and more companies reduce costs or even worse, close down. From our point of view we have to plough our resources into the areas which we feel will enable us to continue to grow the site, provide new services for our users and give our advertisers, and potential advertisers, a unique platform that will work well for them too. Now, one of the important things I have to mention is that although we will be sending out just one newsletter per month, we will also be sending out one sponsored email every month. It may be an offer, it may be a service you may be interested in, etc. We will select these offers very carefully but it will help us to continue to fund the newsletter going forward. If you are uncomfortable in any way with this then please scroll to the bottom and this email and unsubscribe today but we need to do this to continue to provide this service. Going totally against what is happening at other companies we are recruiting new people and expanding to meet these new needs. Have a read about some of the things we're working on... The good news - we have a MAJOR new feature which we're launching in January We are massively excited about it and we really feel it's going to help bring some fun back into the whole Spain thing. Let's just say it involves a lot of video....(can't wait to tell you more about it). We are looking for 12 sponsors!!!!!! We have some huge expansion plans in motion and our exciting new feature which starts in January. We are looking for 12 companies that would be interested in sponsoring the site and "the new feature". This is a really exciting time for us and we have a great package lined up for our 12 sponsors. We know this will work very well for them. We already have 2 signed up. New web design and search engine optimisation services This week we're launching our new website design and optimisation services. Our own results speak for themselves. We know how to build websites, drive traffic to them and convert that traffic to leads. If you need some help in this department then we're what you need. Read more about it at: Christmas dinner - que rico! We've been looking at the possibility of setting up a Christmas dinner event for some time in December to bring EOS members together. Being a lazy so-and-so it would have to be near us! If you would be interested in coming to a Christmas dinner/ party next month then please let me know. Stay updated about EOS changes We're making loads of changes to the site at the moment and the new look is coming next month. Well, you may have noticed now that at the bottom right of the site there is a orange triangle which you can click to give us feedback about whatever. Please use it, it helps us a lot. Also, just under the top menu is a link that enables you to "chat" with me online. That's if I'm not away from my desk stuffing my face with cakes. If the dot is green it means I'm here.
