Eye on Spain Newsletter 07 August 2007

Buenos dias

Our lead article today focuses on the little known property sharing systems that many agents use in Spain. It's not that they are kept secret it's just that they don't often shout about it but these systems can result in buyers paying more for their properties than they should.  I predict that these "MLS" systems won't be around for that much longer.

We've also got some excellent quotes from Susan, some more learning Spanish tips, a couple of area guides and a look at how the tourism market in Spain is still very strong.

Happy reading.
