Firstly, just need to say that we weren't able to send out Mark Wilkins's eBook on completing on your property last week.  This was due to some technical reasons which meant people would struggle to download the eBook.   So many people emailed us last week to see what was going on, it seems this is going to be one popular book so we really want to get it right and it should be going out on Thursday this week.

Now, today we kick off a new series of articles related to the Mediterranean diet.  Many of you have enjoyed the previous articles by Emilia Klapp on this subject but now Emilia has agreed to supply an article every two weeks.  We're really glad to have Emilia on board and know so many of you appreciate her advice (especially this week's on why you should drink red wine!!)
