Buenos dias

With each newsletter I always try and balance it out with positive and not-so-positive articles, but this week there is quite an inbalance!
If you were smiling before opening this email then maybe it's best if you just delete it.
Too begin with, if you're not already aware of it, Keith Rule has recently launched his petition for all purchasers of Spanish Off-Plan Property who are currently suffering or have suffered ANY type of Bank Guarantee abuse.
If that's you then head on over the Keith's "Bank Guarantees Petition" site to learn more and join his petition. It's important that you take part if you are or have been affected.
Now, enjoy (as much as possible) this week's features and remember to keep sending us your articles to publish. Have a great week.
Saludos
Justin

Spanish Cava Wine - A Better Alternative to Champagne?
Cava Wine was developed in the 1860's after a wine maker, Josep Raventos, discovered this sparkling wine in the Champagne region of France. He loved the crispness and the dry yeasty taste displayed by the sparkling wines and wanted to create his own in Spain in the same method as the French used.

Valenica Land Law Abuses Fight For Justice Continues
After her visit to Valencia early in 2009, Danish MEP Margarete Auken spoke out against the land laws that were (and still are) responsible for ruining the lives of many European citizens, both Spanish and otherwise. I have tried long and hard to find some more acceptable way of expressing the previous statement but, after much deliberation, I am forced to admit that there simply is no way of putting the Valencian government’s apparent disregard for human rights that would make it more acceptable.
