Dear EOS Member

"The Death of Spanish Property", am I going mad or something?  It's what some newspapers would have you believe after all the bad publicity last week where Spanish property companies and developers started losing considerable value on the Spanish stock market.

As a result of this many were predicting a Spanish properyt market crash but in reality the two are unrelated.  We did, however, receive a ton of emails from worried owners and buyers trying to understand what was going on.

Instead of just giving you our opinion I contacted a few people in the industry for their comments and put them all together in our lead article today.

Just DON'T PANIC, newspapers have a habit of making things look worse than they really are.
