Hi, my name is Justin Aldridge and I am the founder of Eye on Spain. Today I just wanted to give you a quick insight into where we are and what's coming up...

After launching the website in July 2004 I am so delighted in how it has grown to be the most useful and comprehensive site dedicated to buyers of off plan property in Spain in just 2 years.   Our members and visitors alike have really been enjoying the facilities on the website and the content of our regular newsletters. I thank you for making the website what it is today. 

When we started out in 2004 there really wasn't a lot of information out there for off plan property buyers.  We bought off plan in 2003 and made most of the mistakes a lot of our members made too, such as not checking for a bank guarantee, not using an independent lawyer, etc.  I truly think we are all learning by pooling our experiences together.

But Eye on Spain is more than just a resource for off plan buyers.  We have personally made many new friends through the website and you can too.  We've even recently launched Pete's story, who's in the "wilds of Extremadura" even though it has nothing to do with off plan buying...but it's just good fun so we like it!

So what's in store for the future?

I'm not one for sitting still and I'm not kidding when I tell you that we've got some great ideas lined up that we're going to be implementing on the website over the second half of 2006.  Our philosophy remains the same in that we aim to offer most of our services free of charge to you, but we will be introducing some advanced features for which there will be a fee (the kids need new shoes!!).  No, seriously, as the website grows so do the resources required to run it, such as servers, programmers, etc.

Here's a sneak preview...

We're going to be doing a lot more with the video technology which we know you like and other forms of multimedia.

We'll be expanding our forums....

We'll be launching a new b_________ d___________ (sorry, can't tell you what it is yet).

We're really excited about a new website we're also going to be launching linked to Eye on Spain which will be of huge interest to anyone going abroad to __________ __________.  (Sorry, can't really say any more at this stage...).

We've got something special for the "ladies" coming up.....

I can't wait till you see what we're going to be adding to the members site soon.  It's going to give you the BIGGEST insight into ______  ________.  (I'm sorry, top secret too at this stage!).

But, having not really given much away you can see we've got some great stuff lined up for you...and that's just the start.  I haven't even mentioned the golf ______ ___________ yet!

And all this in just the next 6 months!
