Piano Teaching in Spain

A friend of mine is a qualified piano teacher with a 100 percent pupil pass rate. To supplement private teaching lessons she would like to teach keyboard skills in local schools and colleges. Has anyone any idea how to approach this line of work in Spain? I presume it is agency work, which is fine. Thanks!
