New to Eye on Spain

I am moving to Spain in February and have just encountered this great forum, and just had to sign up. My name is Stuart and I am a 28 year old IT Consultant moving to Spain to escape the winter (I am living in Denmark now so it is even worse in the winter!) and get my cost of living down while I work full time on my internet business. I am looking forward to contributing and asking questions so I look forward to seeing you all on the forum!

I am planning to go somewhere southish, avoiding the tourist towns so I can practice my rusty spanish again while going somewhere warm. Does anyone have any recommendations on areas/rentals? I am looking for cheapish furnished with the only major necessity being a functioning broadband connection. Are there any good english/spanish language websites covering this?

I have been using it myself over the last month or so, and I really love it. Some really nice peole and lots of useful tips.

I have to agree with bluesky01. I've been on since the end of September 2009, so I've been on around three and a tiny bit months. Some really lovely people who you can talk to and get help from especially the EOS team.
