Documents Needed

Is there a list of the documents that should end up in your posession after the purchase of a new property?

Of course there is.  If you purchased with a mortgage the bank will have the original deeds but should give you a copy and their gestoria should send you all the tax and property registration documents.

If you purchased with no mortgage than  your lawyer should have all these documents.
