change of ownership

Recently I purchased a car from a friend returning to UK and went of to Trafico in Alicante sent to a different office to pay  the tax 4% plus fine for late payment  (I was told you have 3 moths to change the details, it is only one month) went back to Trafico and after long wait was told I needed original NIE,  I now have this,  does any one know what else I may need.

Documents I have are orig and copy NIE, orig and copy passport, orig and copy padron, orig and copy permiso, orig and copy inspeccion technica, also orig and copy of last years suma.  I have been told I may need my Escitura but as this is not available to me for a few months I am hoping padron is ok .

Problem so often is that they dont give you a Copia Simple at the Notary - and isnt always available immediately although your lawyer if you have one SHOULD be able to provide it after a couple of days.

As I say we managed to complete all the paperwork at the Traffico.   Mind bogling but sorted.
