Spanish mortgage providers

Hi

I am looking to change my mortgage to a new provider and wondered if anyone has heard of either of these two companies that have offered to find me a new deal.........

Mortgages4 Spain and Low Rate Spanish Mortgages

Any advice would be greatly appreciated before I go ahead

I would give the CAM BANK a miss as they are still up in the heady realms of 6.8% whilst trying to recover all the money they have lost through bad loans to developers.

You need to find Smiley, he posts on here and is a mortgage broker, in my opinion his advice is second to none.
