Does ayone know the whereabouts of these two from Villapac? They still owe my family lots of money for work carried out in Spain.

Or perhaps by chance at least one of you two may read this and explain why we still haven´t been paid up?

Looking forward to a reply.

Hi Donna M

Its very easy to contact the bankrupt Mark Wilman, oops the posh name is voluntary insolvency, see below.

I have an email address for him but not allowed to publish it on this page.

Believe it or not they are still selling your furniture and that of all the poor people who had paid up front, but never received their furniture, from a warehouse and outlet at Poligono La Rosa, Alhaurin El Grande, phone no 0870 471 9479.

Way to do business eh, go bust in the UK owing hundreds of thousands of pounds but hide behind a Spanish company and sell off cheap the furniture which was in part destined for the mugs who had paid Villapac Ltd.

Infact, they advertise in the Costa del Sol free papers, full page ad.

It seems to be the same with any furniture company in Spain in this recession. We are having to take legal action to obtain payment from one of the larger ones in Murcia. Most are run by Brits who disappear when the going gets too tough. We now only deal with names we can trust.

Vcb

I do not think that you are right to tar every company with the same brush. There are companies "fighting through" this recession, bending over backwards to secure orders and offer customers the satisfaction that they deserve.

We will try and help anyone who has been left in the lurch in the Murcia area by trying to match furniture for missing lines etc. Please click on the banner at the side if you need help.
