Hi

Has anyone received a letter explaining the deposit paid on a property could be transferred in full to another Spanish development?  This is from Global Property Solutions with Eye on Spain letter head.  They mention their biggest concern is the loss of deposits when one is trying to have it re-paid through the courts/administrators.

Yes I have heard of them we was contacted by them by a phone call.  But it was to do with timeshare resale.

They wanted money upfront to sell our timeshare, if it is the same company, I believe they are American based.

Needless to say we refused.   So please do not pay them any money upfront.

Thanks very much for your message and advice.  The bottom of the letter I received states the company is registed in England & Wales.

Yes they will have locations in UK.

Try doing a google search see what comes up.   

I may be wrong, but just be very careful. It annoys me that companies like these prey on

people that have already lost money.  Do not understand about the eos headed paper.
