Moving to Spain in 2 months

Hi all,

After 4 years of tears every time I have to say "adios" to Moriara, I have finally decided to take the plunge and move over there. I have a fantastic job offer, a place to stay on the cheap whilst I look for somewhere to call my own and a few family friends over there. The only concern I have, and it really keeps me up all night worrying, is that there may not be anyone who speaks English and is around my age range over there out of season. I am leaving family, friends and my boyfriend behind and hope I wont be terribly lonely! Is there anyone out there around the age of 19 willing to befriend me?!?!

I wish I'd moved to Spain at 19!  At your age I think you have little to worry about.  We don't see many young people move over but through work and other activities you'll soom meet other people.  You say you already have some family friends there so that helps too.
