landline

i have tried to get a spanish landline number from skype but its one of the only countries where you cant buy an online number,

does anyone know if there are any other websites or companies where i can get a landline number from?

Try Vonage they now offer Spanish numbers. We use them in UK but can't in Spain as we don't have an ADSL connection there.

We've got a landline number via our satellite broadband connection. We get free calls to the UK (and many other countries) on this and normal rate calls within Spain.

The company is Norton and we pay, I believe 39€ a month for both services.

That's who I use too Irene.

Vonage charge £10.00 per month in the UK and we get free calls to all over the world and of course locally. We also have one in Sweden that has a UK tel no. so callers from the UK only pay their local call charges when calling us. A normal phone handset is used that doesn't have to be plugged into the computer but the modem has to be so it can be used with cordless phones around the house.
