Weather Alicante beginning of October?

What sort of weather could I expect staying near Alicante the first week of October.
Would it still be a sunbathing/swimming in the pool type of holiday or is the weather on the change by then?

Hi Sue the weather is still good early Oct around 25-28 degrees (l have been the last 3 years) it does cool abit with some rain around mid Oct. Regards Pat.
