Hi Janice - just sneaked a peek in case the link disappears ! Looked in restaurant section & saw comments that the beach side restaurant in my little village has the best paella in the area! I'm chuffed - don't have a clue why - bit like being proud of the old country!! We'll have to meet up there sometime and try it!!

There is a lot happening at PW or not as the case may be, the big issue at present is our main snagging specialist is refused access due to his good work to the extent that other snagging specialists are welcome, PW are refusing to adhere to clause 4.2 which clearly states that a buyer can opt out if the property is not ready by a certain time, all is not good. Personally as far as my property is concerned all is well but there are a lot and I mean a lot of unhappy people
Community charges are another big issue

We rented a few times in Polaris before we completed.

a couple of good restaurants down your way, the Italian sounds nice. everyone seems to mention the penny farthing in LA we have been quite a few times, very good.

Yes - I think we should do a restaurant crawl round mar menor. we can start new careers as secret food testers and report our findings on EOS - Perhaps Justin will pay us??????
Just seen hot tubs mentioned on another thread. Have to own up to having one. It was delivered last year but has never been connected!! Any good plumbers around - free drinks and a hot soak!
