We recently had a villa built near to Jumilla, and because we were technically the 'promoters' of the build, it is our responsibility to arrange the Licence of First Habitacion/Occupation, something we fully understand and have all the necessary papers from our builder and solicitor.  I made an enquiry and Jumilla Town Hall have sent me by email the form, but my spanish is not adequate enough to go there unaccompanied.  We are enquiring as to any interpreters / gestors or anyone who has been through this process etc etc in Jumilla area that can help us with this. Our solicitor is located in Torrevieja (where we used to own an apartment) and is too far for them. At the moment its only a holiday home so am looking to do this in April on our next visit.  Debs
