Hannah.......somewhere betweenTorrevieja and Alicante, unless a really interesting business comes up for sale further up the coast.

Good luck with your sale, ours was on the market for two weeks, we took an offer of 5k less, but as we have lived in the property for 14 years we have loads of equity.

I had 3 agents value it at xmas when i was going to throw in the towel and move lock stock and barrel - but boy how lazy were they!!  Not one of them followed up on their valuations or promises of buyers just waiting for a house like mine.  Needless to say they didn't get the business.  Now helping my kids instead.... but one day soon I'll be there.  We could have a Welsh speciality restaurant -  especially as my favourite saying has got to be ' the world is your cockle' !!

Getting an agent out at christmas?? That was just asking for trouble, we start winding down end of November with all the parties we are asked to LOL!!!

And on the west side it's "the world is your lobster"

We'll get there one day once the kids are sorted!!!!
