Rental needed for 5 weeks in Spain

I have been trying to search through the site for a rental property in Spain. But the search criteria is too limited and this makes it difficult to narrow it down. My criteria is below, can anyone help me with a good price for 5 weeks?

I will be coming on holiday to Spain from around the 21/8/09 to around the 25/9/09 (5 weeks).

I will be there for the full 5 weeks and my husband and family (2 grown up daughters and sons-in-laws) will be joining me for some of the time.

My criteria is:-

1. Minimum 3 bed
 
2. Villa or apartment
 
3. Preferably with a balcony or terrace area
 
4. Ensuite
 
5. Washing Machine
 
6. Internet or WiFi
 
7. Reasonably near to the sea/coast
 
8. Within walking distance of basic shops/cafe/necessities (car not needed)
 
9. Smoking allowed inside property
 
10 Air conditioning

11. Pool
 
12. Available 21 Aug 2009 to 25 Sep 2009

Hi Shazbat69,

When using the Holiday Rental listing service, just select an area such as Malaga, then select min beds as 3, then leave all the rest as default.

We tried to make the search facility as easy as possible so that people can find listings quickly and then peruse at their leisure.
