horizontal laws

is the horizontal law the same for every community or can they vary,..if they are the same for every community where can i get a copy,i know i should be able to get a copy from my administrator but would rather not get it from her

It's Spanish law - applies to all communities of 4 or more properties.

Your community will also have it's own statutes (estatutos) which may include rules such as colour of sun canopies, whether you can put up satelite dishes etc. You'd have to ask the admin for a copy, although it's a registered document so it should be possible to obtain a copy from the land registry, I guess.
