Crystal Rentals

Hi all,

Has anybody heard of or dealt with Crystal rentals - based in Purto Banus, Marbella (see link above).

They offer guaranteed rentals but this is hard to comprehend in the current market ?

Nobody can offer this, especially in the present climate, unless of course they have a tie up with say, The Norwegian fishing association ! and can fill every apartment with Norwegian fisherman, unlikely!!!! Leave well alone.

I just looked at Crystal Rentals website. "Gold Package"  will cost you €2295 per year, for a guaranteed 6 weeks rental ?  if they dont they will give you €500 of your own money back leaving them with €1795 of your money?

If they did manage to rent it out for six weeks the deductions for their services and the iva may still not get you  money back

I would strongly suggest NOT using Crystal Rentals Spain for any business at all.

Although I'm on the renters side, they were totally unacceptable as a rental agency and we even have emails between the house owner and the agency about the poor relationship they have.  They do not treat their renters well at all, in fact they offer no service whatsoever AND they arbitrarily overcharge with extra nights and they don't refund the overpayments OR the deposits.

They are definitely part of some larger scam and they will take your money and let your property fall apart and probably never give you the money, if they do actually rent it out.  Paul and Jenny are not running a legitimate business.

And don't believe that they will return your 500 euros if not rented! Don't believe a word they say.
