Ive been told that I can have a house built and registered as a nave. Although the spanish agent assures me that there will be no legal complications, I am concerned that this dose'nt quite sound right. Has anyone else had anything to do with this way of buying. a property, or does anyone know anything about the legal side. I don't want to pay a deposit, only to be told by a solicitor at a later date that i might loose it.

Dorothy3. Thank you very much for the web site link. The agent told me that everything was legal and not to worry. This is obviously not the case, you have probably saved me my life savings. Thanks again.
