Private messages

How long do you normally have to wait to use private messages.  I have messages in my in box and can't read them.  It's doing my head in as trying to have an important chat with another member.

Sorry for the delay in activating your PM facility, I had seen your request that you sent yesterday afternoon in the support email in-box earlier, and it is was activated along with everyone else who requested it.

We limit PM until a user has contributed to the forum, usually about 10 posts or more. We do this to stop malicious people creating a user profile on our site and then bombarding people with PM.

We always have a lot of support requests, however this last couple of weeks we have been inundated with support issues and it has taken a bit of time to catch up.
