ANyone know of a recommended bi-lingual spanish lawyer in this area please?
we're buying a village house and don't want to use the same one as the sellers/EA recommended

Hi Zookro
I'm sorry I can't help you with a recommend but just wanted to make sure I read your message properly. Did you say that EA (estate agent presumably?) recommended you use the same solicitor as the seller? If that is the case on no account must you do that as a matter of conflict of interest. If I read it wrong then sorry. I'm sure that someone will be able to recommend a good solicitor from our members on EOS.

yes ! the estate agent did suggest we use the same lawyer and yes we know it's a conflict of interest. we definitely don't want any lawyer they recommend anyway.
