Vulnerable Adults Charities - Are there any in Spain?

Hola,

I have just joined this site and was wondering if there were any charities in Spain, (please confine from Costa del Sol up to the French Border) working with and for Vulnerable Adults?

With increasing visits to costa del sol and costa brava areas (next flight into Girona 6th June)  was wondering if there were any in existence. I am nationally placed as an officer/trustee of a charity in the UK and lobbying for protection of vulnerable adults and prevention of abuse, often advising on legislation.

With certain expanding roles in europe I would be interested in making contact during my visits.

I know there is a Age Concern in Torrevieja.

There is Personal Autonomy  Act  in Spain which is in force since 2006.
