I need to rent out our 3 bed apartment in Almoradi

Hi,

I was looking for some advice on renting out our 3 bed apartment in the Luz de Almoradi development. It is fully furnished and so far we have had no luch renting it out at 375 euros per month. We completed on the property last August and have had to pay the mortgage which is now putting a little too much pressure on us. I guess this is a familiar story.

What I would like to know is are we expecting too much money per month (we were advised 425 euros pcm last year)? Also can anybody recommend a good agent or know of anybody who would like to rent it?
