Does anyone know whether it is possible to reclaim IVA paid on lost deposits? Or transfer the IVA paid on one lost deposit onto the purchase of another offplan apartment, e.g., if you are reducing the number of offplan apartments being bought?

The claim includes VAT.
Passing VAT to another development will depend on negotiations with sellers.
