Contracts / Terms & Conditions

Hi

I'm new to the holiday rentals market, please can anyone offer advice as to what contracts / t&c's I should be using? Is it necessary to buy from a lawyer or are they available off the shelf?

I would certainly advise you to have the help of a lawyer for rentals contracts and terms, to hire an Insurance for eviction and claims of unpaid rents and to submitt the contrat to arbitration rather than Courts.
