We're considering buying an off plan apartment through an estate agent called IA Procon (I believe they also operate under the name of Sun-Spain Mediterraneo), and would be very interested in hearing about good or bad experiences with this company... You hear a lot of things, and I just wanted to check it out a bit, before we make our leap of faith ...

I have spoken with both the MD of IA and the general manager of Sun Spain on various occasions over the years. Both have a professional approach and I have every confidence in them.

As for Euro abogados I only once had talks with them when they highlighted a potential error commited by the company I was then working with and it was resolved.
